He started the sole proprietorship company as in the year 2012, and since then he has been the harbinger of growth and expansion to cover both the hemisphere of Globe. His dynamic leadership & support from experienced partners has propelled the organization’s growth by establishing a culture of trust, innovation, and respect.
As the Founder & CEO of Aetram, he has always been an approachable leader who makes time to hear the opinions, worries and ideas of the employees. He is a ‘Go Getter’ who gets things done with accurate planning. He believes that a happy workforce fosters an environment of growth and creativity, and his personable attitude acts as a catalyst to build solid relationships with the employees and other stakeholders.
Dineshkumar Gurusamy firmly believes that ‘With experience comes knowledge’. He values the wisdom of the veterans of his field and actively seeks guidance and advice from the senior members of his team.

He is the Co-Founder of AETRAM GROUP OF COMPANIES and President of Sale & Marketing in AETRAM Export and Import division and also He is the Founder of BROWNTREE RETAIL Pvt Ltd, which is well renowned among peoples in Chennai, INDIA which has 25+ outlets.
